Offensive Line

One of the biggest things you have to look at is you have numerous guys along the offensive line that have been hurt in center Mitch Morse and right guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (LDT). Backup Zach Fulton has filled in for the last few weeks for Morse and a mixture between guard Jordan Devey and Cameron Erving stepping up for injured LDT.

Then you factor in left guard Parker Ehinger still being out for the first quarter of the season from an injury last year. How impressive is it that the offensive line has been able to step up with depth players and still take on some elite defensive fronts the last few weeks?

Harrison Butker

After Chiefs kicker, Cairo Santos went down with an injury in week three, the Chiefs decided to release the consistent kicker and sign Carolina Panthers practice squad kicker, Harrison Butker. Butker had a similar start to that of rookie running back Kareem Hunt.

Butker missed his first field goal attempt last week against the Washington Redskins before the half and has yet to miss another. He kicked the game-winning field goal that sealed the victory for the Chiefs against the Redskins. Butker also went 5/5 last night against the Texans.
