The Kansas City Chiefs top these power rankings, but where do the remaining 31 teams stand ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft?

"Remember When We Were Playoff Teams?" Tier

25. Chicago Bears
26. Denver Broncos
27. Minnesota Vikings
28. Arizona Cardinals

All four of these teams' fanbases will pick one facet to say their team has a chance in 204, but ignore the dozen remaining issues. The Bears revamped their skill position player group, but assume Caleb Williams will come in and immediately play lights out. Ryan Poles, general manager and former Chiefs executive, needs more changes to make this roster an NFC North threat.

Denver's quarterback situation is unenviable, even after moving on from Russell Wilson this offseason. Despite the departure of Jerry Jeudy and Justin Simmons, Sean Payton is quietly building his roster. Payton has a track record at the NFL level, so doubting him doesn't feel wise. But there is only so much he can do.

The Vikings have some of the best players at their respective positions, namely wide receiver Justin Jefferson. But, after Kirk Cousins' exit, their quarterback situation lacks viable options. They either have to sell out for a rookie quarterback or try to limp through the 2024 season with Sam Darnold at the helm.

Arizona presumably has their quarterback in the diminutive Kyler Murray, but that only gets them so far. The Cardinals are trending up, but sophomore head coach Jonathan Gannon doesn't inspire confidence for me. How they play within their division will prove this team's mettle.
