By now, Kansas City Chiefs fans aren't expecting anything from Skyy Moore. The ship has sailed on him being the top-tier wide receiver that fans were hoping for when the team spent a second-round pick on him in the 2022 NFL Draft.

We're now at the point when any player scores his first touchdown with the team that he's now tied with Moore for career touchdowns and when he scores his second, he officially passes Moore. This happened for Xavier Worthy in his NFL debut, as he scored two touchdowns and just like that, had passed Moore's totals for regular-season touchdowns.

Well, a new challenger has tied Moore in career touchdowns and it's not who you'd expect. On Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, Andy Reid dipped deep into his playbook and dialed up a pass play to Wanya Morris that resulted in the big man scoring his first NFL touchdown. If you check the tape, you'll see that Morris is a swing tackle for the Chiefs so even offensive tackles are scoring touchdowns at the same rate as Moore.

Skyy Moore continues to get dunked on for lack of touchdowns

The Chiefs spent a second-round pick on Moore in the 2022 draft hoping that he could come in and help the offense thrive in a post-Tyreek Hill era. Sadly, Moore has gone on to disappoint greatly, catching just 22 passes for 250 yards and zero touchdowns as a rookie and then 21 passes for 244 yards and one touchdown during his second season. He did have a touchdown catch in Super Bowl LVII, which was the first of his career, so that's a cool moment he can take away from his career.

Unfortunately, the rest of what is talked about regarding Moore won't be positive. He's been a massive disappointment for a second-rounder and fans aren't expecting to see him turn things around. The Chiefs had an atrocious wide receiver room a season ago and Moore contributed to that. The Skyy Moore ship has sailed and the Chiefs have fortunately found gems in Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy to ease the pain of missing badly on Moore.
