The Kansas City Chiefs have learned that cornerback L’Jarius Sneed has cleared the team’s concussion protocol before Super Bowl LVII.

As the Kansas City Chiefs prepare to take on the Philadelphia Eagles for the chance to, once again, hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the second time in four seasons, they’re hoping to get as many players back healthy after suffering a number of injuries in the conference championship against the Cincinnati Bengals. The good news is that cornerback L’Jarius Sneed should be ready to go.

The Chiefs lost Sneed during their win over the Bengals over a week ago when he exited early in the game with a head injury. The Chiefs promptly placed him in concussion protocol, and Sneed has been a variable for their defense since then—with no real way of knowing when exactly he might get better.

Head injuries can be tricky when trying to craft any sort of timeline to return, but the fact that Sneed is already cleared early in the week before the Super Bowl should mean he’ll get a full week of work in and be back to normal by the time both teams take the field at State Farm Stadium.

Who doesn’t want Donna Kelce to be their mom, too? Now it just seems Mama Kelce is further endearing herself to the rest of the NFL.

Michael Burton says no moment is too big for Isiah Pacheco (Chiefs Wire)

It’s great to see the Chiefs’ veteran fullback giving the rookie running back such high praise as he does in his comments here to reporters. Pacheco is praised for both his talent and work ethic, and Burton says that combination is what does the heavy lifting for the former seventh-round pick.
