Chiefs vs. Chargers, Week 11: How to watch, start time, live stream, TV info and more
By Matt Conner
Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for and watch the Monday Night Football game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers.
The Kansas City Chiefs went from one of the NFL’s last undefeated teams after the first month of the season to nearly having their backs against the wall in mid-November. It’s been a long slide for the Chiefs in the last month-and-a-half, but injuries have piled up to the point of ridiculousness, including the loss of Patrick Mahomes for a couple weeks—the league’s reigning MVP.
These days the Chiefs are getting healthier and they’ll need the on-field results to reflect just that. The offensive line is slowly being pieced back together after literally becoming so bad that every single position featured a substitute at one point. The defense, especially the team’s run defense, needs a bounce-back effort in order to turn the corner.
The next test for the Chiefs is in Mexico City, on the verge of their bye week, against the Los Angeles Chargers. If the Chiefs win, they’ll have a clear lead in the West, another week to get healthy, and some time to prep for upcoming opponents for the all-important stretch run. If they lose, the West gets really crowded, morale will completely flatten and the Chiefs will face must-win games in December when this season was theirs for the taking.
