2. The Los Angeles Chargers

Projected tight ends: Hunter Henry and Virgil Green

The Chargers come up next on the list. After what seems like the millionth consecutive year that Antonio Gates played for the Chargers, it is finally time to see Hunter Henry in full with the team.

Henry is an explosive target that was just coming into his own when he was bitten by the Charger’s injury curse. Henry now gets a chance to be one of the NFL’s top tight ends again. With excellent athleticism and catching ability, Henry has a very good chance of making an immediate impact for the Chargers.

Unfortunately for the Chargers, Virgil Green also went down with an injury last season. Antonio Gates had to fill in in lieu of these injuries. Green is one of the most overlooked number two tight ends in the game. With a great catch radius, he can make plays anywhere on the field.

Projections:

Hunter Henry: 77 receptions, 801 yards,  7 Touchdowns

Virgil Green: 19 receptions, 215 yards, 3 Touchdowns
