Cornerbacks

  1. Kendall Fuller
  2. Steven Nelson
  3. David Amerson
  4. Orlando Scandrick
  5. Tremon Smith
  6. Arrion Springs

Earlier this offseason, Brett Veach and Andy Reid both brought up Will Redmond and Keith Reaser as holdovers to watch in offseason training activities as well as training camp. It turns out that we weren’t taken with either during the preseason since we think neither one will end up making the active roster.

This category certainly wasn’t a sure thing for anyone other than the top guys, however, as Makinton Dorleant, Reaser and Redmond all earned at least one vote apiece with only Scandrick, Amerson, Fuller and Nelson earning votes from everyone.

Safeties

  1. Eric Berry
  2. Armani Watts
  3. Leon McQuay
  4. Eric Murray

This position has taken some major hits in recent weeks including starters and backups. The loss of Daniel Sorensen to injury and Robert Golden to, well, just leaving the team for opportunities unknown left this one pretty certain with these four listed here. Leon McQuay didn’t quite get votes from everyone, but the majority still voted for him while everyone else gave a thumbs up to Berry, Murray and Watts.

Specialists

  1. James Winchester (LS)
  2. Harrison Butker (K)
  3. Dustin Colquitt (P)

There’s no drama here given there’s no competition. Easy enough.

So what do you think Chiefs fans? Do you agree with this collaborative 53-man roster? Do you think we got it wrong by having so many cooks in the kitchen? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
