Minnesota Vikings

Let’s talk about the most likely (in my opinion) first.

The Vikings are trending in the right direction. After a long stretch of not being contenders, the Vikings have finally figured it out. They have given Mike Zimmer the right pieces and he has turned that into a very successful football team.

Even after losing Dalvin Cook for the season, the offense flourished with Keenum facilitating.

According to ESPN NFL statistics, this past year the Vikings were 11th in the league in total offense—not too shabby for a team that has ranked near the bottom of the league every year for the past several years.

If Zimmer can get the best out of Keenum, imagine what he can do with Cousins. With the weapons that they have at their disposal (Diggs, Thielen, Cook, Murray), they will give Cousins everything that he needs to succeed.

The defense is what I believe makes Minnesota such an attractive landing spot. Solid in the trenches, with a more than capable secondary, the Vikings defense terrorized the league all season in 2017. They were first in the league in yards allowed per game. Look for that defense to only get better this offseason.
