Running Backs

Spencer Ware – Ware only got one carry against the Bengals. For most that would make you think he isn’t heavily in the Chiefs plans moving forward. For Kansas City, it’s a matter of keeping him healthy and wanting to see Hunt get a large workload.

Kareem Hunt – Hunt looked fantastic in the running game last night. He didn’t end up with the most yards on the ground but that could based on getting a minor ankle injury in the second quarter. Hunt’s best play however may have gone unnoticed by most. Hunt took out two defenders hitting them low and getting them out of Smith’s throwing lane to Anthony Sherman on fourth down.

C.J. Spiller – At this point I have to think that Spiller is going to make the roster. His explosion gives the Chiefs speed at the position that West just can’t match.

Anthony Sherman – I’ve seen people question whether or not Sherman has value on this team. Sherman’s value may not be noticed enough on the offensive side of the ball but his special teams play is outstanding.

Wide Receivers

Tyreek Hill – Future All-Pro.

Chris Conley – Good young receiver.

Demarcus Robinson – Special teams ace last year should contribute on offense this year.

Jehu Chesson – Rookie will be on the team and could be this year’s Robinson.

De’Anthony Thomas – Has displayed real growth at wide receiver this year but also lead returner.

Albert Wilson – As much as I’d like Seantavius Jones to make it, you look at how much they play Wilson and it just seems he will be the sixth wide receiver.
