Chiefs sign 6 players to reserve/futures contracts
The Chiefs had signed six players to reserve/futures deals earlier at various points, but all were announced together. These six players include Isaiah Battle (OL), Khaseem Greene (LB), Montori Hughes (DL), Josh James (OT), Will Ratelle (RB), Julian Wilson (DB).

Chiefs give qualifying offer to Albert Wilson
John Dorsey provided an original round tender to Albert Wilson, meaning he can sign an offer sheet with another team and the Chiefs have the right of first refusal. However, they will receive no draft compensation since Wilson himself was an undrafted free agent.

Chiefs give qualifying offer to Cairo Santos
The Chiefs gave the same offer to their kicker, Cairo Santos, as they did Albert Wilson, which means one of the NFL’s most accurate kickers is available for another team to sign away on an offer sheet from a team with little space to match it. For now, Santos remains with K.C. until he signs an offer sheet with another team for the Chiefs to potentially match.
