Chiefs sign Daniel Sorensen to extension
After initially extending him a second round tender as a qualifying offer, the Chiefs commit four years to Daniel Sorensen, a restricted free agent who could have received an offer sheet from another team.
Contract: 4 years, $16 million

Chiefs sign free agent Bennie Logan
The Chiefs had to create some official cap space by restructuring some deals to get Bennie Logan on the books. The former Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle will replace Dontari Poe along the line and shore up the team’s run defense for the short-term.
Contract: 1 year, $8 million
