Week 14 at Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are tough at home. Their defense is stout even with injuries, quarterback Carson Palmer is doing decent now that he is healthy, and running-back-and-receiving-threat Andre Ellington is a beast in the rush and the pass when he is on the field.

The strategy for the Chiefs will need to focus on stopping Michael Floyd and holding Ellington down. Palmer, whom the Chiefs know well as his welcome back party was not fun for him. The Chiefs, who hopefully should have back key injured players like Mays and Berry, should be able to stop the Cardinals.

Result? Home field advantage is too much for the Chiefs to overcome, and the Cards are able to hold off the Chiefs for the win.

Week 15 Oakland Raiders

Again with the Raiders, and again at home where the Raiders have been embarrassed before. Judging by the way they are currently playing this should be an easy victory for the Chiefs.

Week 16 at Pittsburgh Steelers

As the season is drawing to a close and the playoff race is fully under way, the Chiefs have to go into Pittsburgh to face a challenging opponent. The Steelers, who are again playing good offensive football (surprisingly, as Todd Haley is still there), rank in the top 10 in rushing and passing offense.

The game plan will have to be stop the big play as Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is not afraid to bomb it long to Antonio Brown. The big play has been a problem this year for the Chiefs. Perhaps with Berry back in the lineup this should dissuade them from trying this. However if the long pass game has been taken away, the Steelers still have a solid run game.

The result? The Steelers, who play well late into the season and will more than likely be playing for the top spot in their division, will take the victory from the Chiefs as they win another game on their way to a playoff spot.
