He’s an easygoing, carefree guy. He can arch his back like a gymnast. Yet, somehow, when the ball is snapped, Hali becomes a 275-pound Cujo.
The blindside sack artist does the majority of his dirty work against left tackles. Last Sunday, he squared off against one of the best in Ryan Clady.
That didn’t stop him from imposing his will, as Thomas Maney of Pro Football Focus (PFF) writes, “After a quiet game last week, Hali bounced back to pick up a sack and two hurries in 16 pass rushes to add to two defensive stops in run defense. His grade would have been higher, if not for a second quarter neutral zone infraction.”
