Even though Tyreek Hill hasn't played for the Kansas City Chiefs since the 2021 season, fans are still invested in his every move. Hill won't be a member of the Miami Dolphins anymore after the two sides agreed to part ways following a 2025 season that saw the wide receiver get injured and only play in four games.
Hill's injury certainly put his future playing career in jeopardy but no one tell him that. The former Chiefs and Dolphins wideout recently posted a video on Instagram that showed his rehab process and also various workout videos. He looks like he's getting his strength back and he wants to make sure everyone knows it.
Tyreek Hill's latest social media video shows he's not done yet
Chiefs fans, in particular, might be interested in these videos because there hasn't been a shortage of "Will Tyreek Hill end up back in Kansas City?" rumors circulating since his release earlier this year. A reunion could make sense given Hill's situation and the Chiefs' lackluster wide receiver room, but he certainly shouldn't be their only attempt at improving the position.
While it's nice to see Hill regaining strength and potentially nearing an NFL return, the fact of the matter is that he's a 32-year-old wide receiver coming off a torn ACL. Not only that but he always relied on his elite speed and that might not be something he still has after the injury. It's unfortunate but something the Chiefs would have to consider if they seriously wanted to bring him in.
Hill might think that he's ready to return to the league but we'll see if the rest of the NFL agrees. One would think that, if he is nearing a return to the big stage, the Chiefs would be near the top of his list as far as teams go. Will the feeling be mutual?
