This ride isn't over (hopefully).

While Super Bowl 59 didn't go the way that Kansas City Chiefs fans hoped, the good news is that this is still a team that's very capable of winning it all and hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. We know this because the Chiefs have won three Super Bowls in the last five years and typically know how to win in these moments.

With the conclusion of Super Bowl 59 and the 2024 NFL season, the odds are already out for Super Bowl 60 and they're good news for the Chiefs. According to Josh Dubow on X, the Chiefs have the third-best odds to win Super Bowl 60, trailing only the Eagles (+650) and the Ravens (+700). They're tied with the Bills with +750 odds. Rounding out the top five is the Lions with +850 odds.

Chiefs are still going to be a force in 2025

While the haters are psyched about the Chiefs' blowout loss in Super Bowl 59, those people are going to be disappointed when this team is in the same position a year from now. The Chiefs have proven that more often than not, when they're in those big games on the biggest stages, they know how to win. They might not have gotten the job done this time around but the odds show that they're still viewed as a threat next season.

The Chiefs are also in the boat that until someone dethrones them in the AFC, they're still the team to beat in the conference. The Bengals were the last to do so but that was in 2022 and since then those same Bengals, the Ravens, and Bills have failed to stop K.C. in the AFC Championship Game.

This loss is going to sting for a bit but the good news is that as long as Brett Veach, Andy Reid, and Patrick Mahomes are running the show in Kansas City, the Chiefs are going to be a Super Bowl contender.
