Things might not be trending positively for the Kansas City Chiefs this season but at least things are going better for them than they are for the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders, who received high praise for their decision to hire Pete Carroll and trade for Geno Smith, are a putrid 2-9 and it's seemingly only getting worse for the silver and black.
After getting the doors blown off of them by... *check notes*... the Browns of all teams, videos surfaced from the Raiders' double-digit loss at home and they're not a good look, to say the least. The first video involved Raiders linebacker Devin White looking disinterested during a play and another involved fans pointing out that White was literally jogging on a play where the Browns ultimately scored a touchdown.
Can you imagine if Nick Bolton or Drue Tranquill was caught doing either of these things and the hatrid the Chiefs would deservedly get? Raiders fans should undoubtedly be furious with their linebacker's effort (or lack thereof) but Chiefs fans will take pleasure in watching it for sure.
This isn't all we're here to talk about today though. Another video surfaced of Raiders star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby and linebacker Elandon Roberts arguing on the sidelines after yet another Cleveland touchdown.
On the surface, some might see two players getting frustrated in the heat of the moment as part of the game but I don't know. This looked like everyone involved was beyond frustrated with the situation and the season as a whole. Pure entertainment in Kansas City though.
At 2-9, the Raiders clearly aren't heading anywhere positive this year and things haven't been going as swimmingly as everyone thought they would with Tom Brady in as a minority owner. Carroll looks in over his head as the head coach, Smith looks washed up at quarterback, and the team already fired Chip Kelly from his offensive coordinator position after the offense looked comically atrocious through the first 11 games.
The end of this nightmare doesn't appear to be in sight for the Raiders and that's exactly what Chiefs fans are hoping for. Keep the laughs coming!
