Pre-Draft NFL Power Rankings: Kansas City Chiefs top stacked AFC crowd

"Playing for the Wild Card" Tier
9. Miami Dolphins
10. New York Jets
11. Dallas Cowboys
12. Green Bay Packers
A new season will renew talks about Miami being the AFC's second-best team. Sure, they have an electric passing game and a productive rushing attack, but the roster is no better now than it was eight weeks ago. Tua Tagovailoa continues to limit this roster's potential, and they need a stellar draft to rise up the AFC pecking order.
Injury robbed football fans of a full Aaron Rodgers season in New York, but a lengthy rehab hopefully has the former MVP in peak health. The Jets added a lot of offensive personnel to the line and receiving corps, as well as some enviable defensive front depth. There are still positions to improve for Gang Green, though.
The Cowboys will assuredly garner Super Bowl attention but for no good reason. Dak Prescott is a financial albatross, Mike McCarthy is sitting on a red-hot seat, and they must replace several starters through the draft alone. They have individual players that can will Dallas to a win, but the Cowboys are a Wild Card team this year, at best.
