The Kansas City Chiefs took care of business against the Cincinnati Bengals in an ugly win in Week 2, but hey, bragging rights in this newly established rivalry are important. The Chiefs will enjoy having the final laugh until these two meet again. The Bengals, meanwhile, were their normal selves entering this one—e.g. talking trash and throwing out stupid insults.

The Bengals social media team decided to try to be cute, noting that the team landed in Kansas and asked where the stadium was. Clearly, we all know the stadium is in Missouri and they knew that too so that's where the joke was. Normally jokes are funny though.

After the game, Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas took a shot of his own at the Bengals. He quote tweeted the original post and said "I hope y'all had a great day in Missouri. You're welcome back any time [sic]."

Mayor Lucas takes a shot at the Bengals after Chiefs win

Mayor Lucas is heavily involved in the sports scene in Kansas City, and we love that he gets in on the trash talk. Unlike the Cincinnati mayor, who was beyond cringy with his words, Mayor Lucas is respectful while also still effectively dunking on the opposition.

Ever since the Bengals started heavily criticizing the Chiefs, they've lost those games. You'd think they'd learn their lessons and maybe focus on winning rather than trying to upset a team that has now beaten them three times in a row.

With all of that said, the Chiefs weren't perfect in their one-point win over Cincinnati. For a Bengals team that struggled in Week 1 against the freaking Patriots, they sure played much better against a good Chiefs team and exposed some more weaknesses for KC. The left tackle position might need some fine-tuning after Trey Hendrickson wrecked Kingsley Suamataia throughout the game. The offense still struggled in the red zone. The secondary gave up huge plays. The list goes on.

For now, however, the Chiefs are 2-0, the Bengals are 0-2, and Mayor Lucas dunked on them in the classiest way possible. Let's just enjoy the victory, shall we?
