Kansas City Chiefs fans would love to see this team add help to the running back position before the trade deadline and there's one name in particular that would have them crashing through walls if it happened. That would be Jets running back Breece Hall, who, according to Jordan Schultz, wants to be traded.

This likely comes as a result of the Jets shipping off star cornerback Sauce Gardner and star pass rusher Quinnen Williams ahead of the trade deadline, leaving Hall to feel like he's on an island by himself. There have been mixed reports on Hall's trade availability, as sometimes he's been linked as a possible trade candidate but other times, he's not available because the Jets would like to hold onto him due to how good he is.

Well, after seeing them part with Gardner and Williams, trading Hall makes even more sense for the Jets now. Why not keep adding draft picks and completely tear things down and rebuild?

If Hall is seriously on the trade block, there's no debating that the Chiefs would love to have him in their backfield. Isiah Pacheco is banged up so there's an even stronger need for Hall now than there was before.

Breece Hall wants to be traded and Chiefs make sense as a suitor

Hall would be the perfect addition to the Chiefs backfield, as he's not just dominant as a rusher but as a pass catcher as well. In 2023, his second year in the league, Hall had nearly 600 yards receiving and put together 1,585 yards from scrimmage. You're telling me Patrick Mahomes wouldn't love have a weapon like that at his disposal?

If Hall truly wants out of New York and the Jets are beginning their firesale, why shouldn't he be next up? Send him to a contending team and let them get the most out of him that they possibly can.

Come on, Jets. Make it happen.
