Everyone loves a road trip, but it's especially enjoyable when a team gets a chance to visit perhaps the least talented team in the National Football League. The Kansas City Chiefs are playing the Miami Dolphins in Week 3, and talking heads are discussing the weather as much as any other matchup, which goes to show just how great the talent disparity will be on the field.
But the Dolphins aren't going to just roll over for their visitors. Young players are emerging. Malik Willis has surprised teams before. Just look at the 0-2 Chargers as proof that even favored teams can find themselves scratching their heads. Any given Sunday, as they say.

The Chiefs have a great chance to go 3-0 against an awful Miami Dolphins team. Two weeks ago, I thought this might be a trap game, but with how good Kansas City has looked to start the season, this one could be a blowout. The Dolphins lack the offensive firepower to keep pace with the Chiefs in this one. De'Von Achane makes a few plays, but Kansas City is able to coast through most of the 2nd half and move to 3-0. Chiefs 27, Dolphins 13

The Chiefs should be able to wear down the Dolphins. Miami is young and inexperienced for the most part on defense. Malik Willis is also having to work magic on the offensive side of the ball with under 10 starts to his name. Kansas City should not be in a position that the Eagles were in against the Titans last week. Or, if the Chiefs look as awful as big favorites like the Chargers did to open the year, we have significant problems. It is still any given week in the NFL, but the Chiefs dominate this one. Well, the first two weeks have proven that the Chiefs offense is almost entirely back to its 2022-23 self, and that year proved that Miami and Kansas City are two totally different classes of teams. That won’t change this Sunday, especially with the 0-2 Dolphins looking like the worst team in the league. Good news for them is that the day will be over soon and they can be home for dinner. The Chiefs run the ball consistently, Chris Jones and FAU both record at least one sack, and Kelce and K9 will score as well. Chiefs roll into Week 4 easily. Chiefs 33, Dolphins 13

This is where the long, brutal training camp practices in St. Joseph pay off. The elements will be a challenge, and this game will be wayyy too close, but the disparity in talent is too much to ignore. Chiefs 26, Dolphins 22
