On the latest episode of the Arrowhead Addict podcast, we break down the Kansas City Chiefs roster cuts before the regular season.

With the dust now settled on the frenzy of roster cuts around the National Football League, members of Chiefs Kingdom are now getting their initial look at Kansas City’s 53-man roster. There are likely more moves to come with so many new free agents available and younger players on the waiver wire, but at the very least, fans have an idea of the core that will go forward and compete in Week 1.

The Chiefs, just like every other team, had to downshift from 80 players to 53 by Tuesday afternoon and that meant letting go a number of rookies and veterans alike.

On this episode of the podcast, hosts Sterling Holmes and Matt Conner go position by position on both sides of the ball and give their reactions to the players who were both released and the ones who were left behind. There’s also an odd celebration for Prince Tega Wanogho involved.
