KC Chiefs vs. Bengals: Inactive player lists for Week 17
By Matt Conner
The good news for both the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals at present is that each franchise is coming into Week 17 looking relatively healthy. The Chiefs have avoided major injuries this year, as have the Bengals, and even minor ones are healing up at the right time.
For the Chiefs, coming into Week 17, things could be a lot worse, but the picture cleared up pretty quickly in a single week after dealing with well over a dozen players on the team’s COVID reserve list. For the Chiefs, the loss of running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is the greatest concern at the moment although even his tests following a shoulder/collarbone injury against the Steelers came back better than expected.
As for the Bengals, they received good news regarding the availability of linebacker Logan Wilson this week and his availability went from “likely out” to “likely in”. For now the Bengals are down a couple players in Cam Sample and Jalen Davis on defense, but neither player is a major contributor and the Bengals will be able to say they took on the Chiefs at max strength.
Here are lists of inactive players for Chiefs vs. Bengals in Week 16.
