Las Vegas Raiders
Oh boy, the Raiders made a mistake on Sunday. They decided it was smart to walk out into the middle of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, stand on the logo, and disrespect the Chiefs in their house. I don’t think they will make that mistake again.
Dig this! The #raiders met as a team after their pregame warmup at about the 25 yard line. Then proceeded to relocate their team huddle to midfield on top of the #chiefs logo. The stadium erupted in boos as the Raiders fired each other up. LFG!!! pic.twitter.com/6MQOVtQ5G0

The Raiders followed up this impressive display with a fumble that was returned for a touchdown and didn’t put up any points until they made a field goal right before the half. Of course, the Chiefs were already up 35, so clearly they needed those three points. It was over before it started and even Raiders fans at Arrowhead seemed to understand that:
The Raiders could do nothing right on Sunday and now are staring at a season that misses the playoffs. What will the Raiders do? Will they blow everything up? Maybe.
I wonder about the future of Derek Carr in Las Vegas especially with a new head coach looming. Either way, you love to see the Raiders in this position. The only thing they can hang their hats on right now is the probable hosting of the 2024 Super Bowl.
Here at the League Meetings in Dallas: The anticipation is that there will be a vote to approve Las Vegas as a Super Bowl host site for 2024, Super Bowl 58. New Orleans was initially supposed to host, but a scheduling conflict necessitated an audible.

Better start booking my flights…
The Raiders square off against the Browns on Saturday. The Browns have a huge COVID outbreak that could sideline critical players. It looks like the Raiders now have a chance to make things interesting in the AFC North…
