From SNOWkafor to Tyreek Hill’s multiple scores, we’ve got your top plays from a dominant performance by the Chiefs over the Broncos on Sunday.

The inclement weather threw a lot of people off when it came to the Denver Broncos’ visit to Arrowhead Stadium to visit the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The accumulating snow made analysts and fans wonder how both teams would handle the elements, but it turns out that both franchises would mostly play like they did in their first match-up of the season—meaning the Chiefs would go on to totally dominate.

In a game like this, it’s not hard to come up with five plays. The Chiefs played excellent football in all facets and should feel confident moving forward after winning their fourth straight. Here’s a countdown of our favorite moments on a fun Sunday afternoon.

1. Snow what?

On the Chiefs very first drive of the game, Patrick Mahomes completed all 3 pass attempts for 64 yards including this incredible 41-yard strike through the air that looks as if they were playing in a dome instead of battling the elements. Mahomes finds Hill in stride past Justin Simmons and the rest of the Broncos defense to put the Chiefs up six points early in the first.

2. SNOWkafor!

The bad news is that defensive end Alex Okafor would end up leaving the game shortly after this excellent takedown of Drew Lock with a chest injury. The Chiefs declared him out for the rest of the contest fairly quickly, so there’s long-term reason for concern here. However, in the name of our favorite plays, Okafor helped establish a defensively dominant tone early despite the hype of Drew Lock coming into Sunday’s game.

3. Honey Badger heroics

The Broncos had very little momentum in the first half, but they did put together a nice drive in the second quarter in which Drew Lock and company were moving the chains on the Chiefs defense. K.C. had already taken injury hits to defensive end Alex Okafor and safety Juan Thornhill, and now the Broncos were trying to draw the game close. Enter Tyrann Mathieu.

On this potential scoring play that would make it a one-possession game and remove any real margin on the part of the Chiefs, Mathieu stays with Courtland Sutton on the play and cleanly bats it away at the last second to keep him from coming up with possession. Suddenly the Broncos have to settle for three and the Chiefs steal the momentum back.

4. Tyreek’s second score

Travis Kelce did all the heavy lifting on an excellent third quarter drive for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, but it was Tyreek Hill who put the finishing touches on things with an excellent catch on the goal line on which both balance and ball security could have been concerns. The catch gave Hill his second touchdown on the day.

5. Kelce is unstoppable

Patrick Mahomes made a clear effort to go to Travis Kelce early and often on a day where he set the NFL record for most consecutive 1,000-yard seasons with four. Fortunately Kelce wasn’t concerned about merely eclipsing the 1K mark but going far beyond on a day in which he dominated Denver’s defense with one indefensible catch after another. Noah Fant would do well to sit and take close notes on the performance unveiled today by Kelce, including catches like this one.
