2. The Los Angeles Chargers

Projected wide receivers: Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Travis Benjamin, Dontrelle Inman, Geremy Davis, Andre Patton

The Chargers have a lot of talent on the offensive side of the ball, but they will need even more production from their wide receivers as the Chiefs and Raiders get more powerful on offense.

To keep up, they will need a healthy squad which has been hard to come by for them. Additionally, Philip Rivers is entering the twilight of his career and may rely on his receivers more than ever before. The Chargers, however, have plenty of talent when they are healthy.

Keenan Allen is one of the most underrated players in football, due in part to his trouble staying on the field. Allen is a great route runner who can come up with some excellent catches. Mike Williams is a red zone target before anything else. In fact, Williams ended up with 10 touchdowns in 2018 despite being the third guy on the depth chart a season ago.

Travis Benjamin is known for his speed and can burn defenders downfield. Inman is a contested-catch kind of receiver which is great for Rivers who can deliver the ball into those tight spots. Davis and Patton have upside but will likely play primarily on special teams.

Projections:

Keenan Allen: 104 receptions, 1,211 yards, 8 Touchdowns

Mike Williams: 59 receptions, 743 yards, 9 Touchdowns

Travis Benjamin: 30 receptions, 411 yards, 2 Touchdowns

Dontrelle Inman: 28 receptions, 364 yards, 2 Touchdowns

Geremy Davis: 5 receptions, 67 yards, 0 Touchdowns

Andre Patton: 1 reception, 26 yards, 0 Touchdowns
