3. Marshawn Lynch, Oakland Raiders

Marshawn Lynch is not a kid anymore. When Lynch came out of retirement last season, it became clear that he was not the “Beast Mode” that he was in his prime. The Raiders did not utilize him as much early in the season and he had a bad stretch of performances. However, as the season progressed, Lynch seemed more like his former self, finishing with over 60 yards per game in the last seven weeks of the season.

With Jon Gruden taking control of the team, I believe that it is possible that the Raiders will try “old school” football which could mean more touches for the running backs on the roster. With the addition of Doug Martin, the question stands, how much will we see from an aging Marshawn Lynch next season? Your guess is as good as mine.

2016-2017: (15 games)

207 carries, 891 yards, 4.3 yards per carry, 7 touchdowns.

Prediction:

251 carries, 903 yards, 3.6 yards per carry, 8 touchdowns.
