Here’s all the information you’ll need to catch the broadcast of Sunday afternoon’s game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The historical numbers don’t look good for the Kansas City Chiefs heading into Week 6. Andy Reid has a losing record of 3-4 in the regular season versus the Pittsburgh Steelers in his long career. The Chiefs themselves haven’t defeated Ben Roethlisberger since 2009. Even just last year, the Steelers defeated the Chiefs twice, including an upset in the playoffs on the road at Arrowhead Stadium.
This year’s Chiefs, however, are ready for the Steelers in a way that previous iterations of the roster were not. This year’s team is the only undefeated franchise in the NFL at 5-0 and the Chiefs have defeated arguably the best teams in the league already to do so—the New England Patriots, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Washington Redskins.
The Chiefs are likely going to be fired up in a special way on Sunday to make good on a disappointing playoff exit last year and to assert their supremacy in the AFC. If they take out the Steelers along with the Texans, Chargers and Patriots this early, it will be a signal to everyone else that they are vying for second tier behind the Chiefs.
