We have another episode dedicated to the Chiefs Thursday night opening night win over the Patriots.

Eric Berry is done for the season and he is not someone that can be replaced. The Chiefs placed him on IR and signed safety Steven Terrell. They also made a couple of other moves over the weekend bringing back C.J. Spiller and Jordan Devey. Kansas City may decide to have him travel with the team and be a coach on the sideline over the coming season as Reid hinted to in the post-game press conference.

Kansas City had an additional opportunity to get healthy over the past couple days as they had a mini bye-week. The Chiefs have a couple of players with smaller injuries so this time could be very useful to get healthy. Safety Ron Parker, Tyreek Hill and Marcus Peters can use these extra couple of days to get ready for the Eagles.

The Chiefs will be taking on the Eagles this coming Sunday in Arrowhead. The Chiefs offense and defense will need to be ready as the Eagles showed yesterday they will be a tough team to play. Second year QB Carson Wentz is 4-0 in his short career in September. Second year head coach Doug Peterson will have a lot of inside knowledge heading into this game. He spent time playing for Reid and on his coaching staff before last year. Peterson will know a lot of the tendencies of Chiefs players that have been here for a couple of years. Reid will have this team ready for the test against the Eagles, but it will be a more difficult game than some will think.
