Bennie Logan will be missed in Philly and cherished in Kansas City, judging by the response to his free agent signing on Monday
The Kansas City Chiefs landed a new nose tackle on the free agent market on Monday with the signing of Bennie Logan. The former member of the Philadelphia Eagles apparently made life easier for those pass rushers around him, as indicated by Fletcher Cox’s response on Twitter to the news of Logan’s signing.

Clearly, Cox isn’t the only one who will miss Logan’s presence in the heart of the Eagles’ defensive front. The response from fans and NFL analysts show that the Chiefs have made a wise choice to add Logan to the mix. If Dontari Poe left a hole, it’s not going to be a very large one if the response about Logan’s addition means anything.
Based on my mentions, Eagles fans are upset about Bennie Logan's departure. Typically not a bad sign when a player's old fan base likes him.

Bennie Logan didn't have the yr I anticipated as a 4-3 NT but proven to be a productive NT in a 3-4. Good get at this stage of FA for KC.

When Bennie Logan was healthy, Fletcher Cox was having a career year. No one will miss him more. #Eagles #Chiefs pic.twitter.com/z4OLAsvYxc

Bennie Logan fits well with KC defensive philosophy, he's a rotational DT compared to the every-down role how Chiefs used Dontari Poe.
