Jamaal Charles, the all-time Chiefs’ leading rusher was released by Kansas City on Tuesday. Here are his five most memorable moments from his amazing career.

The day has finally come when money and injury have made an all-time great obsolete. Jamaal Charles currently holds the most rushing yards in Kansas City Chiefs’ history and has provided fans with countless memories over his nine years as a part of the team. On Tuesday, however, the Chiefs announced they were releasing the franchise icon.

His release came as no surprise to most when two big contracts for Laurent Duvernay-Tardif and Eric Berry were announced earlier in the same day. After all, the NFL is a business and Charles had become quite expensive for just five games started in the past two seasons.

However, that doesn’t diminish his accomplishments in the eyes of Chiefs Kingdom. We’ll miss you Jamaal! Here’s to you!
