3. Can Chris Conley lock up a starting spot?

One stand out player for the game for the Kansas City Chiefs has been the second year receiver Chris Conley.

Conley showed great speed at the NFL combine, and was drafted by the Chiefs in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. His rookie year saw Conley rack up 199 yards and one score during the regular season. He has huge growth potential which is why he was selected by Dorsey.

The first game of the 2016 preseason did not see Conley make an impact on the game. However, it was the second game that he really began to shine. Targeted three times with three receptions for 66 yards including one great catch on a go route from Smith, Conley was impressive.

Some have credited his recent success to fellow receiver Jeremy Maclin spending time with Conley this offseason. Hopefully game three of this will continue to see him grow more in his timing with Smith. If the team can have Maclin on one side with Conley on the other this could be one of the best groups of receiver the team has had in a long time.
