The Kansas City Chiefs reeled off another win, making it six in a row after Sunday’s contest in Oakland. This puts the Chiefs in a great position in their outlook for making the postseason as Kansas City should be favored in every remaining contest left on their schedule (San Diego, Baltimore, Cleveland, Oakland).

What may be even more important to realize is that every team the Chiefs are competing with for a wild card spot won on Sunday. This continues to put pressure on Kansas City to win in the last quarter of their season. After Sunday’s results the current standings have the Chiefs meeting the Colts (shocker) in the first round. Personally I would like to see some redemption from the previous Colts playoff losses so I’d be totally fine with this.

Where I once carried a pessimistic view of this Chiefs season after starting 1-5, my outlook has certainly changed as far as hope for in getting into the postseason.
