Rookies can be key to (finally) defeating Denver

On this episode of the Roughing the Kicker podcast, Joshua Brisco breaks down different ways the Chiefs can defeat the Denver Broncos on Sunday, including a focus on two rookies who can play an enormous role in a KC victory. Plus, listener messages, a new perspective on mid-round draft picks, a review of the preseason “90%-50%-10%” prediction game, and much more.

The Chiefs

can

win in Denver on Sunday. It’s the NFL. The Chiefs destroyed the Lions two weeks ago, then had a bye. The Broncos are missing two of their most impactful defenders and just lost to a poor Colts team.

The scary thing is that the Chiefs have matchup advantages in this game, coupled with ways to slow down Denver’s strengths. But will Andy Reid and Bob Sutton see it the same way? If so, can the players execute?

Plus, how did my preseason predictions fare when I gave positive and negative predictions that I believed had a 90%, 50%, and 10% chance of happening? All of that and more on this episode of RTK.
