4. Jacoby Brissett – North Carolina State

Brissett has done a nice job with the Wolfpack this year, and is getting some national attention for it. The senior spent his first two seasons with the Florida Gators before transferring to North Carolina State, where he became a star in the ACC. Brissett also has ideal size, standing 6-foor-4 and weighing 235 pounds. The West Palm Beach native threw for 2,606 yards and 23 touchdowns against five interceptions last season, and this season has continued to be on a tear. Brissett has completed 68.9 percent of his passes for 1,105 yards and eight touchdowns versus one interception.

The main concern with Brissett is whether he can play well against elite competition. Brissett has pounded bad teams this year, but struggled mightily against mediocre talent in Louisville and Virginia Tech. Last week against the Hokies, Brissett went 12-of-25 for 113 yards with a touchdown and interception. The consistency needs to be there.
