If you’re on the fence about John Dorsey’s decision-making, consider this: Jalil Brown played 371 snaps in 2012.
A year before the Kansas City Chiefs‘ current GM took office, there was an actual position battle between Brown, Javier Arenas and Stanford Routt. The first two played a combined 60 snaps last season, and the third is currently attending “journalism boot camps.”
Over the past three years, Dorsey has played the role of miracle-worker, revamping Kansas City’s roster and cranking the competitiveness to 10.
As a result, the upcoming position battles paint a stark contrast to those of years past.
