11. Minnesota Vikings – Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State

Minnesota was awful in pass defense last year. Adding Waynes will be a serious upgrade.

12. Cleveland Browns – Kevin White, WR, West Virginia

White has tremendous speed and athleticism, giving Cleveland a nice trio alongside Brian Hartline and Dwayne Bowe.

13. New Orleans Saints – Malcom Brown, DT, Texas

New Orleans has to get better on defense, and Brown is a versatile and talented defensive lineman.

14. Miami Dolphins – DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville

Parker is the last of the three top receivers, and Miami won’t miss out. The Dolphins get a top target for Ryan Tannehill.

15. San Francisco 49ers – Jalen Collins, CB, LSU

San Francisco is on the verge of a rebuild, and Collins could be a shutdown corner to build around.

16. Houston Texans – La’el Collins, OT, LSU

Collins is a natural tackle who can help push Houston’s offense along while the quarterback situation is figured out.

17. San Diego Chargers – Randy Gregory, OLB, Nebraska

San Diego stops Gregory’s slide and takes a chance. The Chargers need help getting to the quarterback.

18. Kansas City Chiefs – Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest

Kansas City must add cornerback depth with Jamell Fleming and Marcus Cooper as the main reserves, and no clear starter in the slot. Johnson is a big, physical corner who fits Bob Sutton’s scheme.

19. Cleveland Browns – TJ Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh

Clemmings is raw but could develop into a top player. He’s only been an offensive lineman for two years.

20. Philadelphia Eagles – Landon Collins, FS, Alabama

Collins is a nice fit for the Eagles. Philadelphia needs a safety and Collins is by far the best available.
