10 YARD SPLIT: 1.79 BENCH: 21 BROAD: 8’0″

This dude is huge. Whether or not he can develop the endurance to handle playing tackle in Reid’s system is something Dorsey and his team will have to figure out. If he can, then it would be a no-brainer for the Chiefs to take him if the main target is offensive line.

Here’s Rang on Kouandjio:

"Quick off the snap and has the lateral agility to slide left to right. Kouandjio uses his athleticism in pass protection well but he’s even more impressive as a run blocker, consistently out-quicking defenders to create lanes. Kouandjio relies on good placement, strong hands and an explosive jolt to turn and sustain defenders. Perhaps most impressive is that Kouandjio plays at different speeds well. He shows very good patience in pass protection but can fire off the ball when needed. He possesses exciting quickness and mobility when blocking on the move."

He’s a projected as a back half of the first round draft pick. May slip to the second round.
