Chiefs Get Humiliated By Lions 48-3

The Kansas City Chiefs are the worst team in the NFL.

Sorry to be so blunt, but we might as well come to terms with the truth.

I’m not going to bother recapping the game because there really isn’t any point. The Chiefs were awful in all three phases of the game. Things aren’t likely to get better. Not this season.

Last week I wrote an article claiming the talk of drafting Andrew Luck and firing Todd Haley was premature.

I was wrong.

If there is a way to get yourself fired after taking a team to a 10-6 record and a division championship in your second season, Todd Haley is figuring it out. The Chiefs are so humiliatingly bad that if they continue to play the way they are, there is no way Scott Pioli can let Haley finish the season. Unless there is a major, major change and soon, I could seriously envision a situation where Haley is gone by the Bye Week.
