The attempt to set the record for Largest Grilling Lesson for the Guinness World Record will be held at Arrowhead Stadium on April 27.

Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones will be in attendance. Smithfield Foods is hoping for 249 more people, at least. In an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the Largest Grilling Lesson, Smithfield Foods is hosting the event and aiming to have at least 250 people partake in learning how to grill from pitmasters Chris Lilly and Kevin Kolman.

Jones will be joining the festivities as another pitmaster, which means Chiefs fans should be able to expect some potential photo and/or autograph opportunities. That certainly can’t hurt. Jones also recently took part in the Madden Players Challenge, playing against fellow rookie Tyreek Hill. His personality makes him a great player to have around, and it’s easy to see how Jones has become a fan favorite. It also doesn’t hurt when he’s throwing around 300-pound veterans like rag dolls.

The attempt will be held on Thursday, April 27 at Arrowhead Stadium. There is no cost for the event, which means Smithfield is bringing the food. What’s better than a free dinner with a Chiefs player at the best stadium around—while simultaneously saying you were also part of setting a Guinness world record?

You can register for the event here.
