The Kansas City Chiefs sent four players to the 2017 NFL Pro Bowl, including Marcus Peters and Eric Berry.

While the Chiefs had the day off from practice the NFL was compiling its annual list of Pro Bowlers for each team. Last night they announced that the Chiefs have four Pro Bowlers that could represent them in Orlando if the team isn’t busy preparing for the Super Bowl.

All four of the Chiefs selected will be starters at their respective positions. Eric Berry, Travis Kelce, Marcus Peters, and Tyreek Hill will each represent the Chiefs and are first at their respective positions in voting.

Eric Berry is making the Pro Bowl for the 5th time in his 7 years in the NFL. The only two times he didn’t make the Pro Bowl were when he had an ACL tear and when he was diagnosed with cancer. Eric Berry is the story of this Chiefs team and with the way he is playing he will get handsomely paid this offseason even if it isn’t in Kansas City.

Travis Kelce and Marcus Peters both return to the Pro Bowl for the second time in their young careers. They have taken different paths this season to be successful however. Kelce started slow and has taken off recently while Peters started fast and has slowed as teams now mainly avoid him. Tyreek Hill is the only rookie to make the Pro Bowl for the AFC and made it as a kick returner. Hill has shown he is electric on kicks and can take it to the house whenever he gets the ball in his hands.
