The Kansas City Chiefs will be without cornerback Phillip Gaines on Sunday, but do have the services of running back Jamaal Charles.

Kansas City has released it’s inactives for Week 7 against the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium, and there are no real shocks. Once again, corner Phillip Gaines can’t make his way onto the field, missing his second game of the year. In a mild surprise, Jamaal Charles will be playing, although multiple reports say he will be very limited.

Other than Gaines, the Chiefs will not be dressing quarterback Tyler Bray, linebacker Sio Moore, offensive tackles/guards Jordan Devey and Bryan Witzmann, tight end Ross Travis and cornerback Terrance Mitchell.

on the other side, the Saints are missing some key pieces. Cornerbacks Delvin Breaux, Sterling Moore and P.J. Williams are out, along with first-round pick and defensive tackle Sheldon Rankings. Offensive tackle Andrus Peat is also inactive, while linebackers Dannell Ellerbe and Stephone Anthony are also out.

Left tackle Terron Armstead is back after missing three games, but has a balky quad/knee and has not been able to practice fully all week. The Chiefs have to go after him early to see how healthy he really is.
