The Kansas City Chiefs welcomed Jeremy Maclin back to practice on Tuesday.
Kansas City can breathe easy again with the return of wide receiver Jeremy Maclin to OTA drills on Tuesday. Maclin injured his ankle on Thursday and left gingerly, although head coach Andy Reid stated that the injury was not a big deal at the time.
However, us cautious folks like to see something before believing it. We now can believe.
On the flip side, defensive end Jaye Howard was not at practice. As it turns out, Howard was not at the session because of personal reasons.
FYI, a team spokesman says #Chiefs DT Jaye Howard was excused for personal reasons.

As everyone should remember, these practices are voluntary. All of the OTAs are, in fact, until we hit minicamp. That will be mandatory and anyone who does not show up is subject to fine.
At this juncture, the Chiefs have to be very happy that no serious injuries have occurred. Every year, it seems one star player in the NFL goes down for the season at this time.
