Kansas City Chiefs fans seem happy with the KeiVarae Russell pick.

The Chiefs made their second pick of the 2016 NFL Draft in the third round, taking Notre Dame Fighting Irish cornerback KeiVarae Russell with the 74th-overall pick.

Russell is a guy who started three years with the Fighting Irish, showcasing excellent athleticism while also polishing up his ball skills. A broken leg and some academic issues (he was ineligible in 2014) dropped him down the board, along with being only 5-foot-11. However, the Chiefs seemed to like his potential and took a shot on him to compete in the defensive backfield.
