Travis Kelce: Analyzing The Kansas City Chiefs’ Emerging Star [Infographic]

In the span of five regular-season games, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has evolved from an offseason enigma to a social media darling.

Between goal lines, No. 87 is a stone-cold savage with wrecking balls for pupils. Beyond them, he’s a Flair-strutting, Shmoney-swaying celebrity.

As Kelce told The Kansas City Star‘s Terez Paylor:

"I told everybody on Twitter, I’ve got a whole arsenal of showmanship in my back pocket. … So whenever I’m making plays, you can definitely expect something to be shown (because) it’s not just (about) passion, it’s something entertaining for the fans to watch because it is an entertainment business."

Though the second-year star has only partaken in 164 snaps—268 fewer than Jason Witten, whose 432 top NFL tight ends—his eye-opening production ranks him among household names.

The following infographic offers a glimpse into why Kelce’s stock is skyrocketing.
