Five Reasons The Kansas City Chiefs Will Win On Monday Night

The Kansas City Chiefs will be live and in prime time tonight as they take on the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. The Chiefs are trying to rebound from an 0-2 start that had many ready to to write this season off before it even had a chance to get going. A win on MNF would bring the Chiefs back to .500 and essentially give them a fresh start on the 2014 season. So the question is……Will KC be able to pull out a victory tonight against the Patriots? Not only do I believe that the Chiefs CAN beat the Patriots, I can see several reasons to EXPECT Kansas City to win the game.

Some may want to dismiss my faith in the Chiefs as the wishful thinking of a hopeless KC homer (I’ll admit, I’m guilty of displaying “homerish” tendencies from time to time). However, I feel like the following reasons are legit reasons to believe that this game is Kansas City’s to lose. That may seem strange to say considering how AWFUL the Chiefs looked in their last game at Arrowhead (the season opener against the Titans), and especially when the opponent is a team that was in the AFC championship game last season and is led by one of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of the NFL.

So why do I think the Chiefs will win?
