Game two of the preseason is here after a long 10 day wait. The Chiefs took their first preseason game, a 41-39 victory against the Bengals, and now go on the road for their first away game of the year.
We should get a good handle on a few more questions after tonight’s game as the starters are expected to play the full first half. We’ll also get to see how the secondary responds after a shaky first game, and we’ll get to see them do it against one of the league’s rising stars in Cam Newton. And for those who are still upset about the Chiefs not taking a receiver in the first round, the Chiefs will get an up close look at rumored draft target Kelvin Benjamin. (Note: Former Missouri Tigers defensive end Kony Ealy is also on the Panthers.)
