Kansas City’s selection of Phillip Gaines from Rice has obviously brought about a lot of discussion on Twitter. People really seem to love Gaines the player but question whether or not the Chiefs should have gone wide receiver with the pick.
Here are some of the reactions from around Twitter.
Really like that pick for the #Chiefs. Here in Houston people know what a stud Gaines is. Can play immediately.

If you wonder if the #Chiefs front office let the memory of losing a 38-10 lead fade away, you have your answer. Pass rush + speed at DB

I like both pics so far but we do have glaring needs on the OL and at WR, it seems like they found replacements for Hali and flowers #Chiefs

This draft proves that the Chiefs LOVE AJ Jenkins for some reason.
