Chiefs vs. Raiders Madden 25 Simulation

The Kansas City Chiefs will look to go 6-0 this Sunday when they host the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead stadium.

We do a lot to get you ready as the game approaches and one thing I always enjoy checking out are the latest Madden 25 simulations. By now you know that Arrowhead Addict is part of FanSided, a network of sports and entertainment sites. In the last couple of months, I helped to launch our new video games site, GameSided.com. The three editors over there are terrific and if you are a gamer, GameSided is a daily must visit.

Mike Straw over at GameSided is responsible for putting together the weekly madden 25 simulations for all of the NFL games. Be sure to check our the entire slate of Madden sims each week.

How did the Chiefs do in this week’s sim? Well, I think you’ll like the result but I can’t promise you’ll like anything else about the sim.

The miracle Kansas City Chiefs season just keeps on rolling as the Chiefs scored the last 10 points of the game to top the Raiders 10-6 and move to 6-0 on the season.

It wasn’t a good game on the injury front as the starting quarterback and running back for each team left the game with injuries in the first half and didn’t return. Tarrelle Pyror left with a leg injury, Darren McFadden left with bruised ribs, Alex Smith was knocked out of the game with a concussion and Jamaal Charles left the game with a broken arm.

Yikes! Let’s hope none of that (other than the win) actually happens. A concussion could keep Smith out for a week or longer and a broken arm would essentially end Jamaal Charles’ season. The thing that kind of gives me the creeps is that I could see both of these things happening. With Smith’s propensity to run and the number of touches Jamaal…You know what? I’m just gonna stop talking.

Chiefs win the fake electronic game.

Wow… It seems as if Madden has it out for the Chiefs! What’s next? Justin Houston and Tamba Hali get stranded on an island for the rest of the season? Andy Reid chokes on his daily BBQ and spontaneously retires mid-season? Dontari Poe falls victim to a shrink ray, turning him into a 5’3 110 lbs. NT? Jeez Madden, stop trying to ruin our season!

HA HA HA HA!! LMAO at the Dontari Poe line!!!!!!!!!!! GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!

“shrink ray”? Yes, very strange objects have been seen in the Big Mo.

      Great post!

It is not just his propensity to run, but, Alex Smith has refused to slide since his last slide came up one yard short. The scary part of his new macho running style was that flip onto his shoulder and back which really scared me. As the Chiefs could obtain not B J Daniels from the cut by the Niners (signed with the Seahawks), a loss by injury to Alex Smith would leave the Chiefs with Chase and an untested Bray. I am not knocking Chase, but, B J Daniels would have given the Chiefs a Colin Kaepernick clone, strong arm and a very good read option runner. Remember, he led the late 4th quarter drive against the Chiefs in pre-season. The Niners didn’t think he was ready to push Colt McCoy, so, they have picked up two QBs for that push. I am not saying B J would start ahead of Chase, but, he could have given the Chiefs more depth at a cheap price. (7th round draft choice).

If Alex did get hurt that’s where having a EJ.Manual or G.Smith comes in handy. If he do get hurt C.Daniels don’t game manage as good Alex.

Geno did have a fine game, but, Atlanta has one of the worst pass rushes in the NFL. Yes, they did sack him 4 times, but, often on those scoring drives, he was able to get up to Eight Alligators standing back there. Tyler Palko could have thrown excellent passes behind such protection. The Chiefs do not have the same pass protection abilities. As to Manuel, he has been injured.

Micah, the Geno Smith train has left the station. Deal with it.

        • micah stephenson

I’m not on that train. I’m on the Chiefs need to draft the best possible QB they can get train. I just checked the map and this train has no stops on it. Scary.

We have Bray and Bray can spread the field out better with his throwing power than both Smith and Daniels combined. Not to mention that he looked pretty darn good the last pre-season game.

It does not appear that Madden has computed Mr Poe meeting Mr Nix. Nix may have to bring his Nikon to have pictures of Poe rumbling past him.

Gamers play with the Raiders quite a bit. They are a hand full. Even though the vast majority of players have low ratings at almost every position is a player with top quality speed. Seeing how we keep one safety deep this game could turn ugly for us if we don’t make tackles. We saw what McCoy did and also what Chris Johnson did in the open field.

In my online francise I went 8-8 the 1st season. But after 1 free agent and draft class I got the pcs to go 16-0 and win the super bowl. I’m 6-0 this season just beating a the raven at they house which he was 5-0. Now he 5-1 he he he. I’m on a 25 game winning streak.
