The Kansas City Chiefs have been linked to Miami Dolphins CB Sean Smith since first thing Saturday morning but it looks like they aren’t the only teams in the race.

NFL.com’s Jef Darlington is reporting that there are three teams to keep an eye on when it comes to Smith.

The 49ers have been extremely active so far this offseason. They’ve reportedly already agreed to trade QB Alex Smith to the Chiefs and today the defending NFC Champions traded for Baltimore Ravens WR Anquan Boldin.

As for the Eagles, they are expected to be parting ways with Nnamdi Asomugha and will need help at the CB position.

Smith is believed to be the top CB on the market. He possesses excellent size and speed for a corner and is still very young. It looks like it come down to the highest bidder.

I wouldn’t rule out the new Chiefs regime in this venture. They have been extremely efficient at executing their offseason plan so far. At this point, I would put anything past them.

What do you think, Addicts? Can the Chiefs beat out the Eagles and 49ers for Smith’s services?
