Chiefs Release Standing Room Only Tickets For Raiders Game

The Kansas City Chiefs announced today that they have released standing room only tickets for Sunday’s home game against the Oakland Raiders.

The team only releases these tickets when there are no general admission tickets are no longer available in groups of four or more.

Most unfortunately, this is not occurring because the Chiefs are the hottest ticket in town. The 1-5 Chiefs taking on the 2-4 Raiders is likely the least desirable NFL game of the weekend, unless you are a Chiefs or Raiders fan.

Maybe even if you are.

Speaking of Raiders fans, don’t think they aren’t behind this shocker. The Raiders are a very popular NFL team so I wouldn’t be surprised to see plenty of black, silver and halloween masks inside Arrowhead Sunday.

It’s Brady Quinn vs. Carson Palmer. Should be a real horror show. Just in time for Halloween.

It’s time to get into the spirit of raider week!

KC fans are so good to this team. Standing room only for a team that has completely under performed. Hunt and/or Pioli better deliver us a first round QB on a silver platter no matter what the cost after the way we’ve put up with this garbage.

I’ve never heard you so down, usually you’re the optimistic one of the bunch! But I agree we deserve better.

The games are sold out because everyone is selling their tickets for rock bottom prices trying to salvage anything they can over this debacle. You can get a good lower level ticket right now for around 50 bucks. The third tier seats are 9 bucks. Somehow club house seats are still like 150 to 300 bucks a piece. I’d say a bunch of people are just going to check out a game for an experience I doubt there are going to be a bunch of crazed fans out there screaming their guts out on Sunday.

I’m going to be actively recruiting new fans!! Giving tours in the Hall of Honor upon request. If our Chiefs rebound at home like I think they will there should be plenty of prospects! Pretty foolish to sell your ticket for less than you paid for it and possibly miss a great game. If we only win two more games this year please let them be this Sunday and MNF over Haley’s Steelers. Quinn is going to surprise everyone. Both his picks last week were WR tipped balls in the Red Zone (21 point flip). This will allow Charles to be All World which will position the Defense to dominate. I know I can’t wait to be a part of the game when the Chiefs break the faiders win streak in our house!! Go Chiefs!!!

Scream your guts out for me too man I can’t make it. The best way to recruit fans is by winning the football games. We as fans shouldn’t have to do a hard sell on anyone. I think I will go to a game this year because the tickets really are next to nothing right now and I honestly do love the Chiefs win or lose. I still yell out an expletive when a turn over happens or well at least usually on the first one then after that I just laugh. I hope Brady Quinn is the next coming of something special too. I do hope we win out and go to the Super Bowl man. I just don’t see it happening. If we lose out I have something positive to look forward to in the draft. Either way my focus never leaves the Chiefs.
I want you to know too that I appreciate the way you have been posting here lately, it’s been a lot less tense and I really do enjoy the exchanges with you when they’re in done with some civility on both ends.

I was just thinking the same thing about you so thanks for mentioning it. I’ve been impressed with your posts and proud/relieved that you didn’t pile on the hate wagon. I am enjoying posting here again and can tell you are too. We have come a long way in a short time and I would’t have believed that possible a few weeks ago. Who knows maybe our team can do the same?? I think almost all of us really want the same thing – a winning team. Winning fixes everything. The frustration has driven way too many of us over the edge. The whole “blackout” Arrowhead movement has gone too far. Disgracing our Home and our History is not the way to make things better. Changes have already been made and the roster is getting healthy too. It can only get better from here – right?

I know I’m a huge Homer but I really believe Quinn is going to have a great game. You know Halloween games have been pretty special the last two years. Anything can happen right? I would give anything for a franchise QB next year except the entire season this year. I know that walking out of Arrowhead celebrating by doing the War Chant all the way to the parking lot SEVEN TIMES in a row in 2010 restored my hope in our Chiefs. Seeing the pride and joy in my son celebrating his 1st season of fandom as a winner was priceless! I will be Loud & Proud for us ALL!!

I like having kansas city chiefs tickets. They’re quite useful for when I want to go to a sporting event. And my brother knows a guy.
